Jason Harris Titusville Team
Where do I start?? I took 6 of my Legacy Titusville Family over to compete in New Breed today. I couldn’t be more proud of every one of them. They all showed great jiujitsu, heart and respect for their opponents. Definitely one of the more stressful days if had and I have no voice but it was worth it.
I’m so blessed to have such an amazing group of humans to be part of the gym.
I also would like to thank my assistant coach Caleb Harris for all the help today and for helping everyone be ready. Then I’d like to thank my Professor Tommy Wales for all his help, for being an amazing mentor and for showing me how a coach is supposed to be. And thank you to TJ OConnor and Zach Wickline for helping me coach when I had more than one on the mat competing.
3-0 today…leaving my house this morning was not easy for me, I couldn’t figure out why but my head was in a foggy place. My anxiety was out of this world and I was lacking confidence in my ability…maybe bc life has been bumpy these last couple months, idk but what I do know is that I’m so lucky and thankful to have such an amazing family and support system in my Vortex family. The confidence they have in me, the support they show, the investment they make, the time given, the coaching, the cheering, the councling…it all comes together the moment I step on the mat. When I hear their voices while on that mat…I feel invincible. I could not ask for better people in my corner. I love and appreciate you all!!! Special thank yous to Tommy Wales Brandi Wales TJ OConnor ??♥️#teamvortex #nopineapplestoday
